Processing time

The times we need to prepare an order varies. Some of our products are ready to ship and others need 2-7 business days to be crafted. For information regarding the processing time of a specific item please check the tab "Shipping, Processing time" under each product.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times with standard shipping in business days:

Europe: 3-5 days
USA: 4-7 days
Canada: 5-11 days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5 11 days
Asia Pacific: 6-15 days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 days
North Africa and the Middle East: 2-5 days

Extra fast delivery option is available at checkout for additional charge.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges if the item you received is faulty or does not look as advertised (Please check sizing and colors information from the listing before you make a purchase).

 

Contact us regarding returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please include relevant photos that prove your statement.

 

Ship the item back to us within 21 days of delivery in its original packaging.

 

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt in the package.

 

For returns: We issue a refund after we receive the package back.

For exchanges: We will send the new product to you after you provide us with a proof for sending the item back to us (photo of the post office receipt with a tracking number).

 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

We can't accept returns and exchanges for custom or personalized orders because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive defective.

 

We don't accept cancellations of orders.

 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or issues with the delivery carriers.
