How much time does it take to process an order?

The times we need to prepare an order varies. Some of our products are ready to ship and others need 2-7 business days to be crafted. For information regarding the processing time of a specific item please check the tab "Shipping, Processing time" under each product.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Estimated delivery times with standard shipping in business days:

Europe: 3-5 days
USA: 4-7 days
Canada: 5-11 days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5 11 days
Asia Pacific: 6-15 days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 days
North Africa and the Middle East: 2-5 days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard and express delivery. Prices will vary depending on your location and the number of products you purchase. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. We sometimes offer free delivery when certain conditions are met.

Is paying on your website safe?

We keep your payment information secure. Your credit/debit card data will not be received or stored in our records. We use PayPal payment getaway – a best-in-class payment method that maintains a high level of security. 

My debit card uses a foreign currency, is that an issue?

Not at all! We use PayPal for processing payments which is a secure international payment system. Your payment will be immediately converted on the current exchange rate with no extra charge.

Why has my card payment failed?

If you get an error in check out it’s probably because your Billing address is different than your Shipping address. That can occur if you’ve recently relocated and your Bank still has your old residential information attached to your Credit/Debit card. If that’s the case you can click on the “Ship to a different address” option on the check-out screen.

Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

If you're looking for something similar to what we offer and you want to choose a different color, material, size or pattern you can contact us so we can discuss and create a custom offer for you.

If you do so please make sure you contact us in advance if you need the item for a special occasion like a wedding, anniversary, birthday, etc.

How will my goods be packaged?

Each purchased item will be wrapped properly and packaged with care.
For special occasions or occasional gifts - leave a note at checkout with text “This is a gift” and we will package the item accordingly.

We try not to use any unnecessary packaging material to reduce the impact on the environment.
